This page provides answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) about our glam booth and glam booth packages.

Our mission is to provide epic photo experiences, while also giving back to the community. Since 2021, we’ve donated 48+ free booths, 15 photo shoots, and 100’s of hours of our time. With our pro-grade equipment and 10+ years of photography experience, you won’t have to skimp on quality for the sake of fun. We take beautiful, portrait quality photos, print them in under 10 seconds, and watch the fun spread like wildfire!

We primarily service the Billings area, including Huntley, Worden, Shepherd, Laurel, and Lockwood. There is no charge for travel within 25 miles of Billings. However, we charge $1/mile for travel outside this radius (i.e., 50-miles roundtrip). We currently don’t service areas outside Montana.

Absolutely! If needed, we can provide your venue with proof of insurance.

Yes. We accept credit cards via Stripe or PayPal. We also accept cash and checks.

Yes, we require a 20% non-refundable retainer to reserve the photo booth. The retainer will hold your date and cover administrative costs and work performed prior to the event, such as setting up the event in the software, preparing equipment and props, and customizing event templates.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event. For bookings within 30 days of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking. For non-profits and schools paying via check, special arrangements can be made with respect to the deposit and payment.

Fun is contagious! Unlike old-fashioned booths with curtains, open-air booths are perfect for engaging the crowd. They allow guests to witness the shenanigans and be drawn in by the laughter, smiles, and fun props.

The photo booth can fit 4-6 people comfortably. However, we have witnessed some large group shots over the years. Our current record is 21 people.

All packages include free setup and tear down. We typically arrive 90 min prior to the event for setup; however, early setup can be arranged in advance (extra fees may apply).

Yes! We are highly trained in the arts of photography and fun. We’ll arrive 90 minutes before the contracted start time, setup/break down the booth, and assist guests with taking, printing, and sharing photos. We’ll also ensure guests have a fun, memorable experience at your event.

Absolutely, we’ll work with you to create the perfect photo template for your event.

We have thousands of beautiful, pre-designed photo templates to choose from in our library, all of which can be personalized or branded to meet your needs. We can customize text, colors, fonts, and graphics free of charge. You can also browse thousands of premium templates for $32 each.

For sponsored events, we can also brand many other areas, including the back of the booth, photo templates, welcome screen, email/text templates, online gallery, and contest screens. You can also display a banner and/or business cards in the photo booth area. Contact us to learn more.

Yes! The glam booth can do many fun special effects, including green screen, gifs, boomerangs, animated overlays, filters and effects, AI digital props, and more!

Every guest in the photo will get a keepsake to take home. We have the absolute best dye sublimation printer on the market, which means the prints are super fast, smudge-free, and ready to handle immediately after printing. The glam booth prints two 2×6 strips or one 4×6 print in under 10 seconds. By the time you’re done laughing at yourself on the booth display, your prints will be ready.

Yes, we can! We can print in B&W, color, or both. Try giving your photos a glam look with our k-dash filter. This filter smooths the skin and applies black and white to create the studio effect popularized by the Kardashians. Great for many themes, including old Hollywood glam. In addition to k-dash, we can also add other filters, such as beautify, sepia, vintage, black and white, or 80’s. Filters can either be applied to all photos automatically (for a custom themed event), or they can be added as an option for guests to choose from.

After each session, guests can print their photo and/or share a digital copy via text, email, or QR code. The photos will also upload to the premium online gallery in real-time. From the gallery, guests can download and share photos to social media during and after the event. We also support Facebook sharing, offline Twitter sharing, and the ability to send Instagram-ready mp4’s via email. Note: If the venue doesn’t have strong 4G cell service or WIFI, the booth will queue emails, texts, and photo uploads and send them once we have adequate service. Also, if privacy is a concern, the online gallery can be password protected or turned off.

Absolutely! You can get the digital files from the online gallery. For packages that come with a bulk download, you’ll be able to easily bulk download all event photos via email or your client portal. This includes processed photo collages and individual, raw 4×6 images from the camera.

We’ll bring a variety of quality, hand-selected props for your event. We have a plethora of props to choose from, including themed props, digital props, funny signs, lips and mustaches on a stick, featherless boas, cool and silly glasses, inflatables, awesome hats, and much more! If we don’t have what you are looking for, we’d be happy to order custom props for an extra fee. We require 30-day notice to ensure the props arrive in time. You can also bring your own props. Please let us know in advance, so we can reserve room on our table.

All packages come with your choice of 8’x8′ premium tension fabric backdrop. If desired, we can also use green screen images, a cool wall at the venue, a natural backdrop, or something you provide (such as a flower arch or balloon arch). If you need a special backdrop to match your theme, we can use green screen for an extra fee. We can also special-order backdrops from a larger inventory of 800+ backdrops, including custom designed step-and-repeat backdrops with your logo. Custom backdrops typically cost about $200+ and require a 30-day notice.

No, it doesn’t. However, we can print an extra set of prints to include in your memory book for an extra fee (scrapbook and supplies not included).
