Most glam booth packages come with free setup/tear down, free travel within 25 miles ($1 per mile after that), and a friendly booth attendant to expertly capture the fun. We still offer our legacy 3-hour glam booth package, along with weekday and charitable discounts. However, we’ve also added other budget-friendly and specialty options, including 2-hour, no frills, school, and wedding packages. Our glam packages come with everything you need to have a great time, and then some!! See below for a description of the main features that come with a typical 3-hour package, along with photos and examples.

UNLIMITED SESSIONS

Photo booths are the bees knees! With this package, guests can return time and time again, spreading laughter, smiles, and fun like wildfire. They can capture, print, and share endless portrait-quality keepsakes during the event.

CHOICE OF BACKDROP

Choose from 24+ beautiful backdrops, or custom order a backdrop for an extra fee. We can also use green screen images, a wall at the venue, a natural backdrop, or something you provide (e.g., balloon arch, sequin wall, flower arch).

We have 100’s of beautiful, pre-designed photo strip designs to choose from in our libraries, all of which can be personalized or branded to meet your needs. You can also browse our extended library with 600+ premium templates for $32 each.

The glam booth isn’t just super fun. It’s also equipped with a pro-grade DSLR camera, beauty flash, and lightning-fast dye sublimation printer. It takes beautiful, high resolution photos and prints them in under 10 seconds.

Every person in the photo will get a fun keepsake to take home. This includes 2×6 strips and/or premium 4×6 postcard prints. We also offer upgrades to larger print sizes and luxury media finishes for an extra fee.

Props make everything more fun! We have a large selection of props to choose from, including digital props, themed props, fun signs, lips and mustaches on a stick, featherless boas, cool and silly glasses, inflatables, hats, and more!

DIGITAL SHARING

After each session, guests have the option to print their photo and/or share a digital copy via text. For certain packages, we can also provide an extra sharing station on the back of the booth (or near the booth) to streamline the sharing process.

ONLINE GALLERY

Photos are uploaded to the online gallery in real-time. Guests can download and/or share their favorite photos to social media during and after the event. If privacy is a concern, the gallery can be password protected or turned off.

BULK DOWNLOAD

For packages that come with bulk download, you’ll be able to easily download zip files with event photos via email or your client portal. This includes processed photo collages and individual, raw 4×6 images from the camera.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

We use an open-air setup, which is perfect for engaging the crowd! The glam booth is equipped with a pro-grade DSLR camera, modeling light, and beauty flash. The typical indoor setup includes photo booth with attached printer, backdrop, and optional props. Popular add-ons include an extra sharing station. See below for our setup requirements.

INDOOR

Glam booth requires a space of about 9’x9’x9’, plus extra room for optional props. The chosen location should be reasonably accessible to guests, against a wall, on level and solid ground, and within 10 feet of a properly installed and grounded power outlet (110V, 20 amps, 3 prong). The booth should not block access to exits, bathrooms, food/drinks, etc.

LIGHTING

The glam booth operates surprisingly well in low-light situations. However, for best results, the chosen location should have ample lighting, particularly for green screen. When possible, avoid placing the booth in front of a window, in a doorway, or directly under hanging or recessed lights, as it can intensify shadows and chromakey fringe around subjects.

WIFI/CELLULAR

Certain glam booth features require a strong 4G cellular service and/or an internet connection of at least 1 MB to work properly, including the extra sharing station, online photo gallery, and instant sharing via text, email, or QR-code. If the venue does not have adequate service, we’ll still be able to print via our hotspot. However, texts, emails, and photo uploads will be queued until we have adequate WIFI access.

OUTDOOR

Outdoor glam booth setup for fun run

We require adequate shelter for outdoor events (e.g., garage, covered porch). The shelter must be at least 9’x9’x9, with an 8.5′ clearance for the backdrop. The booth should be placed on solid and level ground, protected from wind, weather, and direct sunlight, and within 15 feet of a power outlet. If the venue does not have adequate power or shelter, we will provide a 10’x10’x10’ canopy tent and/or power generator for a $50 fee.

CUSTOM SPECIAL EFFECTS

Want to wow guests with a one-of-a-kind, “out of this world” photo booth experience? Consider adding some cool special effects, such as green screen (+$50), glam effect, filters, and animated gifs/boomerangs. Combine multiple effects for an extra wow! Special effects can be customized to match your theme.

GREEN SCREEN

Who needs a teleporter or time machine!? With green screen, we can transport your guests anywhere! The possibilities are endless! We have a large library of backgrounds to choose from. We can also purchase custom images from Adobe Stock for $15 each.

GLAM FILTER

We can give your photos a glam look with our k-dash filter. This filter smooths the skin and applies black and white to create the studio effect popularized by the Kardashians. Great for many themes, including old Hollywood. Pair with green screen for an extra wow.

VINTAGE FILTERS

Give your photos a unique look by applying vintage filters and effects, such as sepia, black and white, vintage (shown above), or 80’s. Filters can either be applied to all photos automatically, or they can be added as an option for guests to choose from.

ANIMATED GIFS

Gifs are sure to fast track your event to social media stardom! They combine 3-4 still photos to create an interactive live action photo that can be shared via email, text, or QR-code.

BOOMERANGS

Boomerangs animate a series of 10-15 rapid photos, then reverse the animation for an extra wow factor. Get ready to boomerang your fun into endless loops of awesomeness!

ANIMATED OVERLAYS

Take gifs to another level with animated overlays! Select up to 5 from our library, or special order one for an extra fee. Trust us, things are exponentially more fun when guests get animated!

Eliminate long lines at the booth! Add an extra social sharing station to keep the fun flowing! After each session, guests can move away from the booth to view, print, and/or share their photo to email, text, QR-code, or social media.

RED CARPET & STANCHIONS

Want your guests to feel like VIPs or celebrities for a day? Add a red carpet and stanchions to your package for a small fee! The red carpets are 2.7′ x 13′. The stanchion set includes 6 silver stanchions with red velvet ropes.

Planning to have a large number of guests at your event? Add a second printer to your package for a small fee. This add-on also comes with an extra social sharing station to speed up sessions at the booth and keep the fun flowing!

ACRYLIC FRAMES

We now carry a variety of acrylic photo frames, including 2×6 magnetic, 2×6 stand-up, and 4×6 magnetic. The 2×6 frames are very sturdy and come with a “Strike a Pose” insert, which can be replaced with your own advert.

CONTEST MODE

Create a more engaging experience with contest mode! Guests can interact with the booth (scratch or spin) to win prizes. This feature is super customizable and packed with features. Fun for all ages and occasions.

Run an awesome slideshow on your own big screen or projector using our slideshow web link. We can customize certain aspects of the slideshow. If desired, we can also add your logo and/or a full-page advert.

OUTDOOR EVENT

For outdoor events, we charge a small fee to cover extra labor for setup, a 10′ x 10′ canopy tent, portable power, and other supplies to ensure our equipment stays safe from the weather and elements.

This page provides answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) about our glam booth and glam booth packages.

Our mission is to provide epic photo experiences, while also giving back to the community. Since 2021, we’ve donated 36+ free booths, 13 photo shoots, and 100’s of hours of our time. With our pro-grade equipment and 20+ years of combined photography experience, you won’t have to skimp on quality for the sake of fun. We are also the only company in town offering a super cool tiny house photo booth.

We primarily service the Billings area, including Huntley, Worden, Shepherd, Laurel, Lockwood, and Park City. There is no charge for travel within 25 miles of Billings. However, we charge $1/mile for travel outside this radius (i.e., 50-miles roundtrip). We currently don’t service areas outside Montana.

Absolutely! If needed, we can provide your venue with proof of insurance.

Yes. We accept credit cards via Stripe or PayPal. We also accept cash and checks.

Yes, we require a 20% non-refundable retainer to reserve the photo booth. The retainer will hold your date and cover administrative costs and work performed prior to the event, such as setting up the event in the software, preparing equipment and props, and customizing event templates.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event. For bookings within 30 days of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking. For non-profits and schools paying via check, special arrangements can be made with respect to the deposit and payment.

Fun is contagious! Unlike old-fashioned booths with curtains, open-air booths are perfect for engaging the crowd. They allow guests to witness the shenanigans and be drawn in by the laughter, smiles, and fun props.

The photo booth can fit 4-6 people comfortably. However, we have witnessed some large group shots over the years. Our current record is 21 people.

All packages include free setup and tear down. We typically arrive 60-90 min prior to the event for setup; however, early setup can be arranged in advance (extra fees may apply).

Yes, it can (weather permitting). We also have a climate controlled Tiny House Booth that is perfect for outdoor events.

Yes! We are highly trained in the arts of photography and fun. We’ll arrive 60-90 minutes before the contracted start time, setup/break down the booth, and assist guests with taking, printing, and sharing photos. We’ll also ensure guests have a fun, memorable experience at your event.

Absolutely, we’ll work with you to create the perfect photo template for your event.

We have hundreds of beautiful, pre-designed photo templates to choose from in our library, all of which can be personalized or branded to meet your needs. We can customize text, colors, fonts, and graphics free of charge. You can also browse 600+ of premium templates for $32 each.

For sponsored events, we can also brand many other areas, including the back of the booth, photo templates, welcome screen, email/text templates, online gallery, and contest screens. You can also display a banner and/or business cards in the photo booth area. Contact us to learn more.

Yes! The glam booth can do many fun special effects, including green screen, gifs, boomerangs, animated overlays, filters and effects, AI digital props, and more!

Every guest in the photo will get a keepsake to take home. We have the absolute best dye sublimation printer on the market, which means the prints are super fast, smudge-free, and ready to handle immediately after printing. The glam booth prints two 2×6 strips or one 4×6 print in under 10 seconds. By the time you’re done laughing at yourself on the booth display, your prints will be ready.

Yes, we can! We can print in B&W, color, or both. Try giving your photos a glam look with our k-dash filter. Absolutely! You can get the digital files from the online gallery. For packages that come with a bulk download, you’ll be able to easily bulk download all event photos via email or your client portal. This includes processed photo collages and individual, raw 4×6 images from the camera.

We’ll bring a variety of quality, hand-selected props for your event. We have a plethora of props to choose from, including themed props, digital props, funny signs, lips and mustaches on a stick, featherless boas, cool and silly glasses, inflatables, awesome hats, and much more! If we don’t have what you are looking for, we’d be happy to order custom props for an extra fee. We require 30-day notice to ensure the props arrive in time. You can also bring your own props. Please let us know in advance, so we can reserve room on our table.

All packages come with your choice of 8’x8′ premium tension fabric backdrop. If desired, we can also use green screen images, a cool wall at the venue, a natural backdrop, or something you provide (such as a flower arch or balloon arch). If you need a special backdrop to match your theme, we can use green screen for $50. We can also special-order backdrops from a larger inventory of 800+ backdrops, including custom designed step-and-repeat backdrops with your logo. Custom backdrops typically cost about $200+ and require a 30-day notice.

No, it doesn’t. However, we can print an extra set of prints to include in your memory book for $75 (scrapbook and supplies not included).
